Description:

K-278 is a modified lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic developed for use in high power applications and is a PZT-8 material that meets Navy Type III requirements. This material has a very high mechanical quality factor and extremely low loss factor which gives it a unique power handling capability. K278 is also excellent in many medical therapies, tissue ablation, and other HIFU applications.
