Description:

K-180 is a material that has a high shear coupling coefficient with low permittivity and high temperature stability. This alternative to PZT-7A can be used in high frequency, shear resonance applications such as ultrasonic imaging, nondestructive testing, and where high energy is required. With a high kt, this material is often used in medium frequency, small diameter transducers.
